The Process - Zenith Overseas

1st Step

If your have any authentic vacancy and willing to recruit personnel, please come forward with following original documents in favor of our company (ZOCPL) then we will apply to the Ministry of Labor for the recruitment permission.

  • A copy of power of attorney in favor of the Zenith Overseas Consultant (P) Ltd. issued by the foreign employer to act on his behalf
  • A copy of demand letter from the foreign employer,
  • A specific copy of Employment contract or service agreement mentioning wages offered and including accommodation, food medical facilities, leave etc.
  • A copy of visa advice/consular letter/entry permit/NOC etc which is duly attested.
  • A copy of visa advice/consular letter/entry permit/NOC etc which is duly attested.
  • Letter to labor department of Nepal ( Letter of undertaking)
  • KHEDN-English – Malaya .(Only for Malaysia)
  • A request Letter to embassy for visa endorsement. ( Only for Malaysia)
  • Affidavit sworn statement. ( Only for Malaysia)
  • Company profile and photographs.

Note: All documents must be duly attested by: Notary Public/ chamber of commerce/ Ministry of foreign affairs and Embassy of Nepal


2nd Step

On receipt of recruitment permission from the Ministry of Labour, we go on advertisement in all daily Newspapers. Applicants are first carefully interviewed and pre-screened by our qualified staff and also our distinguish clients or representative can take interview and final selection. For this, we provide all necessary assistance and logistics. Short listed bio-data’s are sent to client for evaluation.


3rd Step

Medical Examination Person, selected in the interview finally undergo medical examination with the authorize panel of doctors. The candidates, who are found physically fit for foreign employment, will be forwarded to the employer for obtaining NOC/ VISA.


4th Step - Endorsement of Visa

We (ZOCPL) arrange visa endorsement on the passports of the selected applicants form The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia Bangladesh (Dhaka) and General Consulate of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai and New Delhi. (Applicable for only Saudi Arabia) and for Malaysia, up on the received of calling visa, we will endorse the visa from the Malaysian Embassy in Katmandu, Nepal


5th Step - Departure Formalities

Upon the receipt of visa stamping, travel documents and NOC

  • Ticketing: We arranges for ticketing of candidates for the stipulate time or our valued clients also may provide P.T.A. for selected candidates.
  • Final permission form the Labor Department of Nepal: The copies of passport and visa, NOC, insurance, contract paper enclosing all other necessary documents are submitted to the Department of Labor that completes all formalities for departure.

6th Step - Orientation

We provide basic orientation to the selected candidates before traveling abroad, During this orientation, the candidates are informed about their duties and responsibilities while working abroad and first hand information on work environment and salient features of Labor Laws of the country of employment. The important aspects we discuss in the orientation are as follows:

  • The exact job description
  • Duty and responsibilities of worker
  • Salary clarification, Overtime payment system, food accommodation and other facilities.
  • Local Law of the respective country & Environment

7th Step - Deployment of workers

Finally, we will deployed the workers, ZOCPL guarantee to our valued clients for departure of candidates within stipulated time limits but be inform you that we will let you know all details flight information before workers deployed.
